Why Online Physical Therapy Works (Yes, Really)
Research keeps confirming it: for most musculoskeletal issues, telehealth PT gets outcomes on par with in-person care. Here's why.

The number one question I get: "Can physical therapy really work over video?"
Short answer: for the majority of what I treat, yes, and the research agrees.
Movement tells the story
Most of what I need to know comes from watching you move, hearing your history, and testing the right movements in the right order. A good camera angle shows me squat mechanics, gait, balance, and compensation patterns clearly.
Your home is the real clinic
You don't live in a PT gym. Seeing your actual space, your stairs, your desk, your floor, lets me build a program you'll actually do, with the equipment you actually have.
Consistency is the active ingredient
No commute, no waiting room, no rearranging your day. Patients show up more consistently online, and consistency is what drives outcomes.
When online isn't the right fit
I'll always tell you honestly if your situation needs hands-on care or imaging first. Part of good telehealth is knowing its limits, and I take that seriously.
Have questions about whether your issue is a good fit? Send me a message from your portal, I answer every one personally.
