A different kind of appointment
You should not have to feel rushed to get a thoughtful answer.
Care starts by understanding the full picture: what you feel, what you have tried, what matters to you, and what your days actually look like.
Tell the full story
There is room for the details, the questions, and the context that often gets lost in a short visit.
Move together on video
Julia watches how you actually move, then adjusts in real time, not from a handout printed before she met you.
Leave with a plan you understand
You will know what you are doing, why it matters, and what should change before your next appointment.

Specialty focus
Pelvic floor care through pregnancy and after birth.
Pregnancy and birth change how your pelvic floor, breathing and deep core work together. Those changes are common. Being told to simply live with them should not be.
Julia works with women through pregnancy and in the months and years after birth, one-on-one over video. Sessions are conversation and movement: understanding what you are feeling, what is driving it, and what to actually do about it in the life you have.
During pregnancy
Staying strong and comfortable as your body changes, and preparing for birth with some idea of what your pelvic floor is doing.
- Pelvic, hip and low back discomfort
- Breathing and pressure management
- Safe strength training while pregnant
- What to expect of your pelvic floor
After birth
Rebuilding, on a timeline that belongs to you, whether birth was six weeks or six years ago.
- Leaking, urgency and heaviness
- Deep core and abdominal separation
- Returning to running and lifting
- Scar and C-section recovery
Appointments are held over video, so they are conversation, assessment of how you move, and a plan you can carry out at home. They do not include an internal examination. If that is what you need, Julia will say so and help you find someone local.
Clinical scope, wording and any licensure limits on treating patients in your state need Dr. Julia's review before launch.

Meet Dr. Julia
A doctor who listens before she prescribes the next step.
Julia is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who built this practice around a simple idea: the appointment should be long enough to actually understand what is going on. She works with one person at a time, over video, from wherever they are.
You will not be handed off to a rotating provider or left guessing between visits. Julia writes your plan, answers your messages herself, and adjusts as your body and your week change.
Biography and credential details are placeholders. Replace with Dr. Julia's verified credentials, licence states and professional history before launch.
